Either I didn't get popularity or I forgot to take pictures of it. I never got the GCS aspiration failure. I forgot to do that. I was having to much fun making them eat GCS to even think of it.

I didn't score the 6 GCS under this area. They all died of old age, but were played on a different lot. The rules were based on points earned on the main lot. I lot out of 12 points, but the fun out weighs the loss.

I didn't pay much attention to this point section. It can add up to be a lot, but takes time to make it fall into place. The GCS never lived on the Hatesims lot. I'd planned to move them in by marriage once I earned the plat status. I was having to much fun with them in their own house that I didn't do this. I played them to death, no negative elixir. Only one was used to score with. If you find it unfair, then deduct the 10 points from the end. ;-)

Cheats used and when added/used.

  • HACK used to keep count of vampire's time on lot. (added after vampire moved in)
  • Hack used to allow more pets and sims on a lot at one time. - when G2 was a teen (removed when Season EP added)
  • Tombstone L&D used to move in neighbor (Checo's daughter). She isn't worth anything (point wise) so didn't see a problem with it. I wanted to move her in so the Checo's house could be packaged in its pre-play form. I have no plan for that sim at this time.
  • Due to the hack that allows more sims, I'm unable to move sims back in after uni. Tombstone L&D used to move in post uni graduates. Other sims are usually brought into the family from the cow garden.
  • Post Uni-Sim not aging. Sims stuck at 29 days until elder. Used a cheat to age up the sim when their spouse ages up.
  • Accidentally discovered a cheat to help make plantsims. Created two plantsims using the assistance of the cheat. If interested, email me and I can explain how I did it. [update: No need to use a cheat to get plansims. They are easy to get. Pick a sim to be the plantsim and have only that sim spray for bugs. In a 30 plot garden I was able to change 4 sims into plantsim before the plants were harvested.]
  • Cheat used to add Mrs. Crumplebottom to the lot. (no point scored)
  • Currently: zero pets on the lot due to a glitch.
  • March 12 - only hack is the lot timer. Used to keep track of days the vampire is on the lot.
  • I have enjoyed this challenge, it encouraged me to play in ways I wouldn't have other wise. At about generation 7, I started to be very bored with it. At this point (just as with legacy) there is no challenge left. The only challenge is to see it through to the end. (snore). Most of the time I put the game on fast forward waiting for elders to die and make room for others. Just as with Legacy and Prosperity, I feel a need to finish it just so I can feel the sense of completion.
  • I'm glad the challenge is over. Near the end it was boring, so I spored plant babies to finish it up. I forgot to d/l the picture of the vampires time on the sims lot. Thats the only adjustment needed for the score page. I think everything else is done. Opps, G9's badges, I don't have a shot of those. April 14, 2007

Rules for the Challenge

Generations Challenge
CREATE a sim any way you want, any aspiration, any personality, but zero skill points.
Founder sim starts in Uni.
Your founding Sim is the only one required to go to University and you can't use the Uni. clock for this sim, if you want to put through heirs, that's your choice. You may use the Uni. clock with heirs. No cheats, No hacks, and No mods for the short time the founder is in uni. After that, if you want to work in little mods or hacks then go for it. Please say what cheat/hack/mod you use and how often.
Founding Sim will receive 1 pt. for Big Sim on Campus and1 pt. for 4.0. This is not applicable to any other sims. If the 4.0 glitch occurs (you go with a full meter and it doesn't give it to you) it still counts. No cheats can be used to gain these points.
Founding Sim will also receive 2 pts. For each gold badges earned while in Uni.
After Uni. Your Founder must move to an empty lot, the size is your choice.
You may have up to 6 lots, one main legacy lot and 5 satellite houses.
Your legacy family may move as much as you wish.
Your sims may marry and breed with any sim they choose, including Sims from Maxis lots or newly created sims.
1 pt. For each type of NPC that is living or dead on the main lot.
10 pts. For having all the unique adult NPC’s (dead or alive) on your main lot.
